Description: Job Title: Operations Engineering Project ManagerJob Location: Salt Lake City, UTJob Code: CS20231605-100851Our Broadband Communications Sector is seeking a Operations Engineering Project Manager (OEPM) to support their Team in Salt Lake City, UT. This role is Operations Test's primary technical and project management interface. Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage Interface to Operations Program Management and CSW Programs For Operations Engineering
• Derive, Manage Contractural Test Requirements and test needs
• Manage program MPL status and transition to Operations Engineering
• Manage new production contract proposals for Operations Engineering
• Track, report on Operations Engineering task status
• Utilize EVMS standard practices to manage cost and schedule for Operations Engineering program related efforts
• Manage additional funding streams for Operations Engineering recurring and non-recurring efforts
• Works with Program Managers to assess risk in relation to Operations Engineering developmental efforts and test related Production efforts
• Manage Operations Engineering internal efforts through the use of Project Management tools to schedule and prioritize efforts across all functional areas
• Provides professional written and verbal communication to external elements including L3Harris customers Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experiencePreferred Qualifications
• 4 years' experience Electrical Engineering skills in both Digital and Radio Frequency
• 4 years' experience as the primary interface on a highly technical project
• 4 years' experience deriving, and managing contractural test requirements and Test needs
• 4 years' experience managing program status and transition to Operations Engineering
• 4 years' experience managing new production contract proposals for Operations Engineering
• 4 years' experience tracking and reporting on Operations Engineering task status
• 4 years' experience with Project Management and team leadership
