Duties and Responsibilities:
---Prepare loan documents for commercial, consumer, AG and SBA loans.
---Book and fund commercial, consumer, AG and SBA loans
---Follow up with loan officers and loan assistants, as needed for missing loan documents,
corrections, and clarification.
---Assure that all loans documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with bank loan policy
and regulatory agencies.
---Track collateral for completeness and accuracy.
---Provide excellent customer service to loan officers, loan assistants and other departments of the
Bank.
---Maintain efficiency on Bank policies, procedures, and industry compliance standards.
---Other duties as assigned by the Loan Department Manager

Requirements and Qualifications:
---Excellent customer service skills
---Strong analytical skills
---Proficient in Microsoft Office
---Take ownership of assigned duties
---Excellent verbal and written communication skills
---Ability to multi task and meet deadlines with competing interests for time.
---Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
---Commercial, Consumer and SBA product knowledge
---Proficiency in LaserPro, a plus
