Job SummaryAs a Ground Person at CRH, you will be responsible for operating various pieces of heavy equipment, including Loaders, Haul Trucks, and Skid Steers, depending on the job site. Your duties will include ramping all stock piles and loading customers safely and in a timely fashion, as well as assisting in the event of a breakdown. You will also be responsible for cleaning up around the plant and surrounding area, and lubricating and performing general maintenance on the equipment.Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment, including Loaders, Haul Trucks, and Skid Steers
• Ramp stock piles and load customers safely and efficiently
• Assist in the event of a breakdown
• Clean up around the plant and surrounding area
• Lubricate and perform general maintenance on equipmentRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and maintenance, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will also need to be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
