At Property Sellwise, we're a real estate investment company focused on flipping and wholesaling properties throughout Utah. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a sharp, licensed agent to join our team as a Home Acquisitions Specialist - someone who thrives on relationships, knows how to spot a deal, and can help us manage and profit from investment opportunities across the Wasatch Front.



Your Role at a Glance:

This is not your typical agent role. As our Home Acquisitions Specialist, you'll build relationships with local wholesalers and agents, source and evaluate deals, manage flips, and list properties. You'll also be provided with warm leads for listings that don't meet our investment criteria, giving you even more opportunity to grow your income.

Responsibilities:
Build & Manage Relationships
--- Become our go-to relationship builder with Utah wholesalers. Get on their buyer lists, analyze their deals, and bring the good ones to the team. You'll stay plugged into Facebook groups, comment on posts, and be "the name" people recognize and trust.

Deal Sourcing & Analysis
--- Walk properties, evaluate them from both a wholesale and full-flip perspective, and run real numbers using contractor insights. You'll decide what's worth bringing to the table.

MLS Acquisition Strategy
--- Make strategic offers on MLS properties (no assignment language, but still with marketing protection). Collaborate with our team to build a steady pipeline.

Flip Project Management
--- Learn the ins and outs of managing flips from start to finish. You'll work closely with leadership and our GC network to get hands-on experience - and eventually run your own projects.

List the Completed Flips
--- Once the project is finished, you'll list the property and earn a commission on the sale.

Help on Dispositions
--- You'll be asked to frequently attend our own walkthroughs and evaluate our own deals while hosting an inspection walkthrough for other potential buyers as well.

Qualifications:

--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
--- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
--- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
