As the Senior Analyst for Applications Programming, you are responsible for new initiatives and enhancements to new and existing systems and support; as well as acting as technical project lead.This position is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.This is a possible temp to hire role.Work with business team members to understand requirements, analyze, design, and develop quality technical solutions that can be developed on the SaaS platformReview requests for all work efforts and provide estimates and schedules when applicableConfigure and administer business applications for SaaS-based solutionsDesign, implement, and test solutions using the most appropriate tool based on the design as determined through collaboration with Enterprise Architect and Development ManagerDevelop and support integration with other systems/applications/databasesAdhere to corporate system development life cycle, corporate style standards, governance, and other related policiesDevelop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, validation rules, and custom workflowDesign and configure application securityRecommend APIs to use based on data characteristics and application structurePerform test-based development within the project toolsSupport production applications by responding to service desk assignments, tracking problems/issues, and following up with customersUpgrade packaged and internally developed business systemsSupport internally developed SQL, Access, and ASP.NET applications by addressing defects and coding and testing enhancementsWork with business, IT Business Partner, and Business Analyst to understand issues with software and develop solutions to resolve themQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field and seven years of progressive experience with business systems implementationExperience working on projects requiring the implementation of custom and vendor-supported technologyAbility to work collaboratively with business and IT professionals and to communicate clearly, confidently and effectively, both verbally and in writingAbility to facilitate meetings and workshops in person and remotely and have the ability to think analytically, solve problems and recommend approaches and solutionsExperience with application design and development, including Object-Oriented software designExperience with web-based technologies, JSON, XML, relational database design, integration, workflow and Service Oriented ArchitectureExperience with CRM platforms and cloud-based technologiesExperience with AWS technologies include Lamba functions, SQS and SNS queues, S3, API Gateway, and Cognito is a strong plusExperience with Ruby on Rails- 3 yearsExperience with Salesforce Apex and Lightning a plusRecent experience and proficiency in an object oriented programming language like Java in developing a server-side applicationKnowledge of standard programming design patterns in order to implement flexible and scalable solutions (e.g., Singleton, Factory, etc.)Knowledge of implementing enterprise integration solutions (e.g., Messaging, Transformation, etc.)Working knowledge of standard software tools for source code management, continuous integration, and developmentExperience with database concepts and data modeling capabilitiesWhy Join Us?Full compensation/benefits package for employees working over 30 hours/week401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holiday payEnjoy complex work that makes a difference in the lives of those we serveCareer development and advancement opportunities across a nationwide networkCome join our amazing team of committed, caring professionals.
