As we scale our business, we are looking for a passionate, creative, and analytic person who believes in the power of quantitative analysis to attract, engage and activate buyers throughout the customer journey.We are looking for a Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst who wants to make an impact on a fast-growing business, can conduct in depth analytics and reporting, and can make strategic recommendations for the company. If you have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in data analytics (including SQL and Tableau), Qualtrics could be the place to take your career to the next level.**Expectations for Success**+ Transform complex data sets into actionable insights using MySQL, Python, R, etc.+ Build and maintain our key reports and documentation.+ Build and maintain our key ETL jobs and data sources.+ Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis leading to actionable insights.+ Build and maintain KPI reporting on an ongoing basis to executive leadership.+ Maintain and optimize core data sources used by the team.+ Diagnose issues pertaining to the data pipeline.+ Regularly assist the key stakeholders throughout the business on special projects / reports.**Qualifications & Requirements**+ Bachelor's degree from a selective university in a quantitative discipline such as CS/statistics/economics or a related field+ Strong proficiency in Tableau and SQL (i.e. comfortable creating custom SQL data sources within Tableau Desktop, able to work with complex calculations, experience building professional dashboards).+ Strong group presentation skills - must be able to convey complex information to a broad audience confidently and articulately.+ Experience delivering against multiple priorities simultaneously along with strong attention to detail, planning and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.+ Proven track record at learning and adapting quickly.+ Must be a team player._Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We do not sponsor or take over visa sponsorship for this position at this time._**What differentiates us from other companies:**+ Work life integration is deeply important to us - we have frequent office events, team outings, and happy hours+ Qualtrics Experience Program - $1,800 for an experience of your choosing (eligible after a year)+ We take pride in our offices design aiming at fostering creativity from our rooftop views to an open and collaborative work space.+ 30 paid days off - 15 PTO + 5 Personal Days + 10 Holiday Closures (additional after a year)+ On top of standard benefits package (medical - employees and their families, dental, vision, life insurance, etc) we provide snacks, drinks, and free lunches in our office+ To learn more about what we value read about it directly from our employees Qualtrics Life stories (https://www.qualtrics.com/blog/qualtrics-life/)Qualtrics is an Equal Opportunity employer.
