Forbes Bros USA Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator (full-time) to support the FB Titan team in Salt Lake City, UT.

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining an inventory of tools, procurement, and partnering with the field operations team to support their need.

  Responsibilities:
  
  • Lives Forbes Bros. value of WE WORK SAFE & never compromising on safety in all aspects of our every day
  • Improve processes and systems to efficiently manage information and certification to allow for rapid deployment
  • Maintain inventory control system
  • Assists in scheduling and utilization of tools inclusive of special and periodic tools
  • Liaise with Operations Team to understand requirements for Magazines and Implodes and create transportation plans
  • Track and follow up with repairs sent to outside vendors
  • Establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with coworkers and vendors
  • Work with our safety team to ensure inventory levels are adequate for all personnel protective equipment
  • Ensure required stock is available and inventoried in a manner that facilitates efficient management and distribution
  • Assist in tool allocation to mitigate losses and overages to maximize utilization cost
  • Travel to projects and assist with mobilization and demobilization
  • Train, guide and advise employees on care and preservation on tools and equipment
  • Address and escalate all safety concerns as necessary
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned
    What We Are Looking For:
    
    • Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of emerging tool management technologies and best practices
    • Ability to travel to project locations when required
    • Successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
    • Have and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract.
