Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to support the development of an enterprise platform designed to automate business-critical processes. -The systems analyst will have a background in digitization and ideally a good grasp of BPM and workflow technologies.Critical to the success is the ability to quickly gain understanding of existing systems and work with business partners, leaders, and development teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.The ideal candidate should show ease at making personal connections and the desire and ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.The TeamAdvanced Process Solutions is an organization focused on workflow, digitization, and automation across Fidelity's businesses. The focus of this role will be working with teams to provide systems analysis to identify business and system requirement necessary to support building Fidelity's next generation Digital Automation Platform. -The Expertise You Have

• 4-5 years professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst for software solutions
• Experience researching, creating and authoring business and solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
• Experience creating technical and business documentation for software solutions
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of scrum tools - Jira and Jira Align experience desirable
• Excellent analytical skills
• Understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Understanding of capabilities and systems like AWS Step Functions, Camunda BPM, XTRAC, Salesforce.com and Appian are desirable
• Experience working on enterprise platforms with a large customer base preferred
• Experience with projects that have a multi-regional footprint and high impact preferred
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and programming desirable
• Experience working with REST, SOAP, JSON, Splunk and APIs desirable
• Understanding of Java, NodeJS and Typescript desirableThe Skills You Bring

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience writing clear and concise requirements, use cases, user flows and other artifacts in support of product development efforts

  • You understand how technology can digitize business processes and can propose and engage in ideation with business and technology teams in formulating software designs and solutions
  • Good interpersonal and leadership and influencing skills (without direct authority of others)
