Job Description:

EnviroTech Molded Products is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Quality Technician to support our quality assurance and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and quality systems, a customer-focused approach, and the technical proficiency to contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform quality assurance and control inspections using precise metrology tools and techniques.Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, CAD files, and 3D models to verify dimensional accuracy and conformance.Conduct internal audits in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and support external audit preparation.Maintain accurate quality documentation and reports in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer service teams to address quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to compile reports, create templates, and manage data sets.Support the development and implementation of quality procedures and work instructions.Why Join EnviroTech Molded Products?We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being of our employees and their families, including:Health, dental, and vision insurance401(K) plan with employer matchingEducational assistancePaid time offAnd more!Qualifications & Skills:Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a combination of both, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in metrology and measurement techniques.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).Experience with CAD/3D modeling software.Familiarity with ISO 9001 internal auditing procedures.High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.Join EnviroTech Molded Products and help ensure we deliver only the highest-quality products to our customers.
