The Sales Development Representative is an entry level sales position where we will train you on all aspects of selling to large organizations.   • Training includes market and product education, hands-on contacting and marketing efforts with quality feedback and coaching.
  • Cold calling! Embrace it! Along with being trained in other areas such as email, LinkedIn, and other engagement channels.
  • Account Based Marketing efforts fill the afternoon with research and tailored communications to America---s largest companies.
  • Your role is primarily to fill the pipeline for the Account Executive teams by finding opportunities for your assigned industry and account executives.
  • Our sales management process ensures that you know where your performance stands and the efforts you need to accomplish that week. Regular training and coaching sessions ensure you know how to improve to hit your numbers.Recommended Skills
    • Bachelor---s Degree
    • Some track record of sales or account-based marketing preferred
    • Knowledge of payables/accounting, and fintech basics preferred
    • Strong presentation and communications skills
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
    • Demonstrated wisdom and diligence (high GPA, accolades, work promotions/awards)
    • Strong organizational, managerial, and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers.
