Sales Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and
dynamic Plumbing and Drains Sales Specialist to join our team. This
position plays a crucial role in driving sales growth, building
lasting relationships with clients, and providing exceptional
customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about the
plumbing industry and has a keen understanding of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales
strategies to achieve company goals. - Identify and establish
relationships with new clients, while nurturing existing accounts.
- Conduct on-site evaluations to understand customer needs and
provide tailored solutions. - Present and demonstrate our range of
plumbing and drain products and services to prospective clients. -
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations in a timely
manner. - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer
satisfaction and resolve any issues. - Stay up to date with
industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. -
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales
targets. - Maintain organized records of sales interactions and
transactions using CRM software. Qualifications: - Proven
experience in sales, in the plumbing or related industry. - Strong
understanding of plumbing systems and products. - Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to
work independently and manage time effectively. - Proficient in CRM
software, Service Titan. - A valid driver's license and willingness
